The note includes:
- Ways of coordinating and determining the procedures for representing each client in the country of the other party.
- Providing all legal services to any client in the country of the other party.
- Representing the clients of the other party in each country in governmental and judicial facilities.
The parties agreed on a mechanism for exchanging requests and responding to them, with specific and documented procedures that provide additional care to the clients of both parties.
