Nasser AlAwar Advocates and Legal Consultants, based in Dubai, has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Suqabi & Khubaib bin Najib Al-Sharikh Law Firm and Legal Consultancy, based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The memorandum includes the following provisions:
- Mechanisms for coordinating and defining procedures for representing each client in the other party’s country.
- Provision of all legal services to any client located in the other party’s country.
- Representation of the other party’s clients before governmental and judicial entities in each respective country.
Both parties have agreed on a documented and structured mechanism for exchanging requests and responses, ensuring enhanced care and attention for clients of both firms.
